4) Purchases, subscriptions & billing
One-off purchases
• One-off purchases (e.g., a single course) grant you the access stated on the product page (e.g., limited-time or ongoing access). Unless otherwise stated, access is for personal, non-commercial use and one seat per purchase.
Subscriptions
• Some Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly/annual). Billing dates, price, and features are shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Pricing & payments
• Prices are shown in the checkout currency and may exclude taxes unless stated. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for all fees due.

Refunds
